HOUSE RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY
Important Notice:
By booking and/or staying at White Wolf House, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these House Rules and Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund, penalties, and/or legal action, including police involvement.
- Check-In from 3:00 PM. Our reception hours are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Self-check-in after 20:00: In case an arrival after 8PM, self-check-in instructions are provided via your email, on how to access our premises and your room.
- Age restriction: Customers from the age of 16 to 18 are only permitted to stay in with parental consent. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- Check-Out By 10:00 AM. Please return your key-card to the box next to the reception door before leaving.
- Lost Access Card/Key
Each guest receives a personal access card/key at check-in. If lost or forgotten, re-entry to the building may not be possible, especially outside reception hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Emergency access is not guaranteed or provided. The hostel does not accept responsibility for any inconvenience, costs, or consequences caused by loss or misplacement.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect others' rest.
Violation may result in a €200 / 5,000 CZK fine and eviction without refund.
- No Smoking: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors.
Violation = €100 / 2,500 CZK fine.
- No Visitors: Do not bring unregistered or unknown persons into the hostel.
- Personal Belongings: We are not liable for lost or damaged belongings unless caused by our gross negligence.
- Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment.
- No Drugs: Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden and result in eviction and police notification.
- Fire Equipment: Misuse of fire extinguishers = €500 / 12,500 CZK fine and possible eviction.
- Misconduct: Harassment, violence, or threatening behavior = immediate eviction and possible police report.
Incidents may also be reported to the booking platform of your reservation.
- Emergency Contact Outside Reception Hours (20:00 – 10:00)
The emergency contact number is listed at the bottom of the House Rules, Terms, and Conditions posted on the door in every room. Please use this number for emergencies when reception is closed.
- Payment terms and Cancellation policy:
Standard Rate (Free Cancellation 5 days before arrival)
You will be asked 6 days prior to your arrival to pay the reservation. If not paid within 24 hrs, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- If an already paid reservation is cancelled 5 days /120 hrs or more before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
- Availability: This rate is only available for bookings made more than 5 days before arrival.
Cancellation: Free of charge up to 5 days (120 hours) before check-in (at 15:00 / 3 PM local time).
- Non-refundable period: If the reservation is cancelled or modified 5 days or less before arrival, the total price is non-refundable.

Instant Payment: Full payment is required immediately upon booking.
